Thank you...we especially want to thank you for the quality job done on our house. It already feels like home. It is the place where Victoria will become a teenager, Kennedy will start school, and Malia will take her first steps. You conducted our project in a quality, professional manner. You had a timely completion. There were no significant surprises, communication problems, or misunderstandings in the course of the project. You were particularly helpful and patient with us during the several months of pre-contract design effort. Your guidance in turning our ideas into a design was important. In summary, you did what you said you would do.
Recall a meeting we had with you about eighteen months ago when we were asking a series of questions about our concerns about being "protected" when we contracted to have our house built. You advised us that we will need to pick a contractor whom we can trust. We obviously picked you. We trusted you. You clearly earned our trust.
