In order to maintain a high standard of living at Meadow Crest, the lots are subject to some restrictions.  Each house must contain a minimum of 2,000 square feet of heated and cooled area.  Other restrictions are also in place in order to create an atmosphere which is conducive to raising a family or enjoying retirement.
