Home Construction Process
Living in a custom home is the ideal way to live because the house is designed for the exact requirements of your family. However, for some people the thought of building a custom home is intimidating and maybe even a little scary. We would like to make your experience pleasant and stress free. We will do this by handling every phase of the construction process in a professional and efficient manner.

Financing We have been working in the East Texas area for many years and are familiar with most local banks and mortgage companies. We are happy to help arrange for your financing needs.
Design Phase Beggs Construction, Inc. handles engineering and design problems in house (Dale Beggs, President, is a registered engineer). You can bring any ideas that you may have about your house to us and we will put those ideas into drawings and then into the house design. We are also happy to build from house plans that you provide, or from our own pre-designed house plans.
Construction Phase We will build your home to the highest quality standards and strive to keep your project on budget and on schedule. You will be informed of the schedule, budget, and design decisions at the beginning of the project and at every major stage of the project. In order to control the quality of construction, we follow all state and local codes and we follow our own checklists which have been developed over the years.
Follow up We emphasize doing the job right the first time, however, if you do have a problem or would like us to perform additional work, we will respond quickly. We receive most of our business from word-of-mouth referrals and we want you to be happy when you move into your house and we want you to remain happy for years afterward.
